You will need 4 to 6 duck breast boneless, you can also use geese, cut the breast into 1 1/2 inch cubes. In a bowl mix country bobs all purpose steak sauce, montreal steak seasoning, garlic powder, worechester(spelling?)an about a half can of coke. You want the breast to set overnite in this marinade. The next day wrap beacon around the breast, stick a tooth pick thru to hold it together an throw it on the grill. I like to add a slice of jalopeano on mine.
