and if a animale is walking accross a creek and hits that wire brandon it could move your trap flip it set it off ect have a steady and stable trap where ever it is so in a limbstone creek that would mean something right uner or off to the side of the trap that doesent have alot of chain or wife inclooded.

all the trees i have by my creeks are small and about 4 inches around

ok, and tt i was saying you dont want alot going across the creek you want it all in the same spot cause if you got lines and wire and chain going all around a creeck they can get that chain stuck on them in any creek bottom so in limbstone dont use to much cause they could catch that chain and screw up your set but in a mudd bottom you can barry it.
